	All Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP)
	Prices and product details are subject to change without notice
	All prices include VAT

Despatch & Delivery

	All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day
	Orders received over the weekend are despatched on Monday morning
	All orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or Standard Parcels services, depending on the size and weight of your order
	You can normally expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 days after it has been despatched
	Delivery within the UK is FREE
	If you require delivery outside the UK then please email sales@cutpricecables.co.uk with details of your delivery address and what you wish to order so that we may calculate the additional delivery charge

Credit Card Security

Ordering online from Cut Price Cables is safe. All our online payments are securely processed by WorldPay, who are industry leaders in online payment processing. Your card details are sent directly to WorldPay for processing - we (Cut Price Cables) never actually see your credit card details.

Customer Privacy

We will only contact you by email regarding your order, or in answer to any queries you may have. We will not bombard you with junk email and we do not pass any of your personal details (including your email address) on to any third party.

Our Guarantee

We aim to provide a quality service to our customers. However, if you experience any problems, or if you are unhappy with your order in any way please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. In any case you have the right to cancel within seven days of placing your order (or within seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer), in which case you will have your payment returned, provided you send the goods back to us in "as new" condition in their original packaging.
